CODE OF ETHICS AND CONDUCT

I. FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES
Our Code of Conduct and Ethics stems from reflection and efforts to apply the values that sustain the company. This Code clearly establishes principles to promote respect, honesty, and responsibility among all members of the community. This Code complements current regulations and does not replace them.
This Code is an instrument that guides the behavior to which we are subject in order to prevent conflicts of interest and processes involving risks of possible acts of corruption. The application of the values contained in this Code in each of the assigned activities contributes to the efficient and effective fulfillment of goals and objectives.
I. I Objective
Its purpose is to ensure a safe learning environment based on respect, honesty, and responsibility.
This Code facilitates and strengthens ethical behavior in potential conflicts of interest that may arise during daily work. Its content and compliance support the development of an administration that seeks excellence in service and the well-being of the community.
I. II Scope and application
The scope of the Code of Ethics and Conduct is generally applicable to all those who are part of this project and entity. Everyone has the obligation to adapt their actions in accordance with the established values and rules of integrity, being responsible for knowing, applying, and respecting them. Lack of knowledge of these rules does not exempt anyone from complying with them.
Representatives and Teachers act at all times to satisfy the needs and demands of society above particular interests and benefits. Attitudes of arrogance, favoritism, discrimination, and insensitivity are avoided. We promote the protection and conservation of Anahuac culture and the environment in society.
This document specifies the commitments assumed by teachers and students with CALLI MEXICA FILMS, with the individuals, groups, and entities with whom they have a relationship, and with society as a whole.
II. Relationship between Teachers and the Company
II. I Nature of the relationship
CALLI MEXICA FILMS clarifies that the teachers hired to teach courses and workshops are not part of the company's workforce. Their relationship with CALLI MEXICA FILMS is under the modality of professional services for a fixed period, limited exclusively to the duration of the course or specific classes for which they have been hired.
The work of the teachers is autonomous and not subject to subordination to CALLI MEXICA FILMS, so there is no employment relationship, but rather a professional services agreement.
Given that some teachers may teach additional courses outside of CALLI MEXICA FILMS, any professional, academic, or commercial activities they undertake independently are not linked to the company. In this regard, CALLI MEXICA FILMS is not responsible for:
  • Courses, consulting services, or activities provided by teachers outside the scope of the company.
  • Personal opinions, expressions, or positions that teachers share in public or private spaces.
  • Problems or conflicts that may arise between teachers and third parties outside of the courses contracted with CALLI MEXICA FILMS.
II. II Personal opinions and responsibilities
The opinions, beliefs, positions, and expressions expressed byteachers in classes or public spaces are their sole responsibility and do not represent the official position of Calli Mexica Films.
If you have any questions about the contractual relationship with teachers or any other queries on this subject, please contact the company at alianzas@callimexica.com.mx.
III. ETHICS AND VALUES IN THE COMMUNITY
At Calli Mexica Films, ethical behavior is the foundation of all our interactions. Our community is governed by core values that promote respect, honesty, and responsibility, thus ensuring a safe and constructive learning environment.
III. Respect in the Community
Respect is essential for coexistence within our community. All members, including teachers, students, participants, administrators, and partners, must maintain an attitude of tolerance, cordiality, and dignified treatment. No form of discrimination, verbal violence, or behavior that disrupts harmony within the academic environment will be tolerated.
To promote an optimal learning environment, it is essential that each person actively listens to and values the opinions of others, even when they disagree with them. Discussions should be kept within a framework of respect and without impositions, allowing for the constructive exchange of ideas.
III. II Academic and Professional Honesty
Integrity is a key pillar of the company. Both teachers and participants are expected to act with transparency and honesty in all their interactions. Respect for intellectual property is fundamental, so any material used in the courses must be correctly cited and referenced.
Plagiarism or misuse of information without proper attribution will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action. Similarly, teachers are expected to share verified information based on reliable sources, maintaining the quality of the knowledge imparted. Any use of information without proper citation is considered plagiarism and will be referred to the appropriate authority.
III. Responsibility in the Use of Resources
Each member of the community is responsible for the proper use of the resources provided by Calli Mexica Films. This includes the correct handling of digital platforms, academic materials, and any other resources assigned for the development of the courses.
Participants are expected to respect the spaces designated for learning, avoiding the misuse of tools for purposes unrelated to the course dynamics. Likewise, each person must take responsibility for their own learning and participation, fulfilling the commitments made in the courses.
The materials provided in the courses, including videos, audio files, documents, presentations, class recordings, and any other digital or physical resources, are the property of Calli Mexica Films and are protected by copyright. It is strictly prohibited to copy, share, sell, distribute, or use these materials for purposes other than those established in the course without express written authorization.
Any unauthorized use of these resources may result in legal sanctions and will be referred to the appropriate authority.
III. IV Understanding Technical and Personal Situations
Calli Mexica Films recognizes that, due to the digital nature of the courses, technical or personal difficulties may arise that affect the progress of the classes. The community should act with empathy and understanding in these cases, fostering an attitude of mutual support.
Teachers are responsible for preparing in advance and familiarizing themselves with the digital tools needed to teach their courses. In addition, they are advised to check the stability of their connection and equipment before each session. If they encounter any technical or personal issues that may affect the class, they should notify the school in advance so that timely solutions can be found.
On the other hand, students must maintain a respectful attitude in the face of any unforeseen circumstances, avoiding offensive comments or demands beyond the technical or personal capabilities of the teacher. Each student is responsible for having adequate equipment and a stable connection to ensure smooth access.
Calli Mexica Films provides training on the use of digital platforms and offers technical support during sessions, provided that the teacher allows the support team to intervene. However, due to the nature of live events, it cannot be guaranteed that all issues can be completely avoided.
III. V Operation and Support in Live Virtual Classes
To ensure a smooth and effective learning experience, each participant in Calli Mexica Films courses assumes certain responsibilities.
Teachers must prepare in advance and receive training in the use of the digital tools necessary to teach their course. They are also expected to accept technical support when necessary and to check before each class that their connection and equipment are working properly. If any difficulties arise that could affect the class, it is recommended that they notify the school in advance.
For their part, students must maintain an understanding and respectful attitude toward any technical or personal difficulties that may arise during the sessions. It is essential to avoid derogatory comments or demands that are beyond the technical or personal capabilities of the teacher or Calli Mexica Films. In addition, each student is responsible for having adequate equipment and a stable connection to access the sessions correctly.
Calli Mexica Films, in its commitment to quality, provides training on the use of the digital platforms used in the courses and offers technical support during classes, provided that the teacher allows the intervention of the support team. Solutions will be sought as far as possible, although it cannot be guaranteed that all inconveniences can be completely avoided.
Respect and empathy are fundamental values, so all participants are encouraged to act professionally and with understanding in the face of these unforeseen circumstances.
III. VI External Communication and Respect in Classrooms
Calli Mexica Films is solely responsible for internal communication within the official course platforms, such as Google Classroom, WhatsApp Class Group, and contact email. Any interaction that students wish to have with teachers outside of these channels will be at their own responsibility and will not compromise the company.
To protect the privacy and security of all involved, teachers' personal details are not provided. Should students obtain these details by other means and decide to contact teachers outside the company, any agreement or conflict arising from this communication will be the sole responsibility of the parties involved, with no involvement from the company.
If a teacher feels harassed, pressured, or uncomfortable due to interaction with a student outside of official channels, they may report it to Calli Mexica Films so that the necessary measures can be taken.
Respect during sessions is essential to ensure a healthy learning environment. Students are expected to maintain an attitude of active listening and avoid offensive, derogatory, or irrelevant comments. If you have any questions or additional comments, they should be expressed constructively and respectfully, without aggressively questioning the teacher's knowledge or diverting the conversation to topics unrelated to the course.
Calli Mexica Films will not tolerate harassment, bullying, or pressure toward teachers, either on or off the platform. If a student has any disagreement with the content of the class, they must communicate this to the company through the official customer service channels instead of addressing the teacher directly with personal complaints.
The purpose of each course is to foster a space for learning, respect, and mutual enrichment. Any behavior that disrupts this environment will result in a warning or, in serious cases, suspension from the course without refund.
III. VII Communication Rules in the Virtual Environment
Communication within Calli Mexica Films must be clear, respectful, and appropriate to the environment. It is essential that all interactions, whether by email, instant messaging, or videoconferencing, be conducted with courtesy and professionalism.

  • Use formal and respectful language.
  • Avoid offensive, inappropriate, and/or derogatory comments that may affect the learning environment.
  • Maintain focus on course topics, avoiding unnecessary digressions.
  • Turn on your camera during the first class so that the teacher can get to know you. Failure to do so will result in the participant being removed from the session without the right to reconnect to live classes.

III. VIII Security and Protection
To ensure a safe and respectful environment within Calli Mexica Films, it is strictly prohibited to share personal information on the official course platforms without proper authorization. The confidentiality and privacy of the community must be protected at all times.
It is prohibited to use the course groups and platforms for:
  • 🚫 Sharing spam, advertising unrelated to the course, or fraudulent content. Calli Mexica Films may report and take action against profiles that attempt to carry out fraudulent activities within the official groups.

  • 🚫 Distributing course materials without authorization. All resources shared in class are protected by copyright, and their misuse could result in disciplinary or legal action.
Each participant is responsible for the information they choose to share within the course groups and platforms. If a user chooses to disclose sensitive data or information, they do so at their own risk.
In the event of non-compliance with these rules, those affected may report the situation to the official email address alianzas@callimexica.com.mx, and Calli Mexica Films will evaluate the situation to take the appropriate measures.
Calli Mexica Films reserves the right to restrict access to the platforms and take disciplinary action in the event of non-compliance, which may include deleting messages, expelling users from groups, and reporting the user on the corresponding platform.
In the event of repeated non-compliance, Calli Mexica Films reserves the right to restrict access to courses or take legal action if the situation warrants it.
IV. Evaluation Processes
The evaluation processes are implemented according to the following principles:
  • Evaluation Criteria: Results will be reviewed according to previously defined indicators, ensuring that decisions are based on objective parameters. In Nawatl courses, a questionnaire will be administered at the end of each level to evaluate language proficiency and determine student progress.
  • Audits: Periodic internal and external reviews will be conducted to verify compliance with ethical standards.
  • Transparency: All information regarding the process will be documented and made available to those participating in the evaluations.
  • Feedback: Those evaluated will have the opportunity to express comments to encourage continuous improvement in processes.
Since classes are recorded and available for review at any time, evaluation is based primarily on qualitative evidence, such as the level of participation, commitment, and application of acquired knowledge. If a teacher indicates that a student has not met the course objectives, the student will not receive recognition for participation.
